Understated Luxury in Naples, Florida

Fans of Naples, Florida, are lured by its miles-long white-sand beaches, world-class golf courses, and high-end boutiques. And now there’s another reason to put down stakes in the Gulf Coast destination: This year, The Residences at Naples Beach Club will make its grand debut, following last year’s opening of Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort.

The Residences are the result of a collaboration between Four Seasons and Discovery Land Company, a premier global developer known for crafting considered luxury communities. Located in historic Old Naples, close to lively 5th Avenue and 3rd Street, the multi-building beachfront property is expansive (spanning 50 hectares) but feels intimate and community-minded—like an idyllic coastal village—thanks to thoughtful design.

Beach or pool day? Why not both?

“The Residences at Naples Beach Club is setting a superior standard for luxury living and service, not just among Discovery’s diverse portfolio of international clubs, but within the Naples community. As we debut in the region, we’re excited to partner with Four Seasons to enhance both our legacies in offering high-end experiences and moments that last a lifetime,” said Mike Meldman, founder and chairman of Discovery Land Company.

The offerings consist of 58 Beachside Residences (distributed over three buildings) and 95 Golfside Residences (spread over five buildings). The latter units enjoy sweeping views of The Gardens, a new 18-hole golf course designed by world-renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio. Dense with beautiful lakes, native palms and tropical flora, the course channels a lush Old Florida landscape. Residents will delight in the precision hitting bays, comfort stations with grab-and-go fare, and the Range House, with its wraparound porch, bar and lounge, logo shop, and fire-pit area.

Indoor-outdoor living at its finest.

There will be no shortage of perks and experiences for non-golfers as well. All Residents have access to the beachfront Residents’ Beach Club (with indoor-outdoor dining, member lounge, spa, and fitness center) and Residents’ Beach House (featuring adult and family pools, a beachside concierge, and coastal cuisine offerings). And, of course, Residents will be able to avail themselves of the full spread of amenities at the Resort itself, among them six tennis courts; a standalone two-story, 2,800-square-metre spa that houses treatment rooms as well as Finnish saunas, vitality pools, cold plunge zones, experiential showers, and a rooftop pool; and five restaurants, including The Merchant Room (helmed by two-time James Beard Award-winner Gavin Kaysen), HB’s (for fresh regional seafood), and Sunset Bar (with a Latin-inspired cocktail and bites menu). The latter two are the only places to offer beachfront dining in all of Old Naples.

And then there is the Market Square, a cluster of retail, dining, and entertainment options designed to be a buzzy social hub for guests, Residents, and locals alike. Naples Trading Company, a coffee shop with sundries, beer and wine, and gifts, recently opened its doors at The Square. Currently under development are The Wager, a family-friendly sports gastro-pub (complete with game room and four bowling lanes), and a state-of-the-art movie theatre that will show first-run movies.

A New ‘Magical’ Address

There’s a new address where the legendary service of Four Seasons meets Disney magic: Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort, Florian Park.

Approximately four miles from Magic Kingdom® Park, this intimate collection of just 40 residences offers resort-style living with the personalized care that defines Four Seasons—all nestled inside Orlando’s exclusive gated neighbourhood, Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort. Opened in 2011, Golden Oak is renowned for its proximity to Walt Disney World, with residents enjoying exclusive Disney-designed experiences.

Now its story welcomes a new chapter: Florian Park, the latest jewel in the community’s enchanting portfolio of homes.

Neighbouring Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort, these gracious residences form their own distinctive enclave. Set amid a lush landscape that makes the most of Central Florida’s subtropical climate—think swaying palm trees and vibrant flowers blooming year-round—Florian Park includes nine proposed attached two-level homes and a single, elevated address with 31 three- and four-bedroom Luxe Residences. The collection is crowned by five expansive two-level penthouses.

Each of the signature Luxe Residences features a gourmet kitchen and a spacious primary suite, while the additional bedrooms are also en suite. The Penthouse Residences offer four distinct floor plans ranging from approximately 6,590 to 7,002 square feet across two levels. The penthouses boast impressive primary suites on the first level and three en suite bedrooms upstairs, along with kitchens complete with wine storage, elevators, and private balconies.

At the heart of Florian Park lies a vibrant outdoor living space designed for connection, relaxation, and family enjoyment. The lakeside residents-only retreat features a heated pool with private cabanas, a children’s water play area, fire pits for cozy gatherings, and an events lawn.

For Page Pierce, Vice President of Real Estate Development for Emerging Business at The Walt Disney Company, Florian Park represents the epitome of Golden Oak’s enchanted story—an exciting opportunity to purchase a new home within the exclusive, golf-cart-friendly community.

“Golden Oak has been an extraordinary success story, bringing families together to experience the Disney lifestyle in a way that is timeless and inspiring,” says Pierce. “With Florian Park, we are proud to offer this unique opportunity to call the community of Golden Oak home. It integrates seamlessly with the character and charm of Golden Oak, making this a fitting addition to the community’s remarkable journey.” Homes within Florian Park are complemented by graciously appointed interiors by Parker-Torres Design and meticulously groomed landscape design.

Private Residences Florian Park
Penthouse Residences will range from approximately 6,590 to 7,002 square feet across two levels.

The vision for the neighbourhood, explains Mike Lentz, Vice President with project developer Host Hotels & Resorts, was to create a unique residence-inspired experience that reflects both the surrounding Golden Oak community and the grandeur of the Mediterranean and Spanish Revival architecture of Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort next door.

“The exterior architecture of the Luxe Residences was designed to pay homage to the classical architecture of the Four Seasons hotel, with a contemporary and residential feel,” says Lentz. “This also allowed us to create a new neighbourhood of Boutique Homes inspired by the layout and scale of the Golden Oak cottages with an elevated French-Moderne style.”

The interiors, adds Lentz, are designed “to provide generous living areas and flex rooms and an understated elegance with materials that reflect the natural surroundings.”

Sculpted by the Sea: A Serene Home on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island

Mornings here arrive quietly: the gentle hush of waves, the soft glow across white sand. At Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, life will be lived in moments like these – where the coast isn’t a backdrop but an architect of each day. Nestled on one of the Arabian Gulf’s most pristine shores, this new enclave—slated to open in 2029—promises to blend coastal elegance with a deeply curated life, offering a rare chance to own in Saadiyat’s private realm.

The Island as Muse

Life on Saadiyat Island has always been defined by contrasts: untamed dunes yielding to manicured palms, turquoise waters flowing toward cultural landmarks, ancient migratory pathways intersecting with contemporary architecture. It is a place where endangered hawksbill turtles nest in quiet coves as the dome of the Louvre Abu Dhabi gleams just down the shore.

For future residents, this idyllic geography means more than scenery. It is an everyday reality: morning swims in the Arabian Gulf’s clear waters, walks shaded by mangroves, evenings spent beneath skies streaked with balmy desert light. Life here is a rhythm, not a routine—whether you’re watching the tide roll in, pausing for birdsong on a tree-lined trail or taking in an exhibition at the island’s cultural district.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum are just minutes from your Four Seasons Private Residence, along with the site of the highly anticipated Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Within a short drive, the wider city of Abu Dhabi and its cultural heartbeats—music, art, performance, shopping—await. Still, this new community will feel as though it were in another world, one shaped by dunes, palm fronds and sea air, even as it connects seamlessly to the pulse of the capital.

A Dance of Form and Function

Bringing this vision to life is a collaboration between Killa Design, renowned for reshaping the architectural language of the region, and LW Design Group, specialists in interiors that evoke quiet sophistication. Designed in harmony and built with grace, the residences themselves will follow the elegant flow of the island’s coastal landscape, a symphony of design and natural beauty. Façades will curve like waves meeting the sand, while organic tones and fluid lines echo the island’s contours. Landscaping and interiors combine in harmony, creating homes that feel less like structures placed on the land than extensions of it. The overall sense is one of openness and ease, of architecture in dialogue with its natural setting.

Within this island oasis, Four Seasons will offer a thoughtful mix of 56 luxury villas (including limited beach mansions) and 60 suites (including penthouses and royal residences)—each crafted with the same dedication to refinement. Every residence will be laid out to maximize openness, with living rooms positioned to make the most of stunning vistas, glass walls that dissolve boundaries, and terraces that overlook serene waters and lush landscapes. Natural stone and timber will anchor the interiors, their rich textures highlighted by abundant natural light. Kitchens will be outfitted with high-end appliances, while bathrooms will boast luxurious bathtubs and fittings. Two distinct palettes—Light and Semi-Dark—will allow residents to shape the atmosphere of their homes, choosing between contemporary serenity and refined elegance.

Life With More

Life within the Four Seasons community offers a natural extension of home, one that balances retreat, wellness and connection. The shoreline itself is its own amenity, with residents able to step directly onto Saadiyat’s white sands, while a series of pools, shaded terraces and a poolside bar create spaces for languid afternoons and easy gatherings.

Indoors, the Residents’ Lounge sets a tone of understated elegance, serving aromatic coffees, specialty teas and light bites in an atmosphere that feels both refined and familiar. Wellness follows its own rhythm here: a spa with private treatment rooms, studios for yoga and meditation and a state-of-the-art fitness centre, as well as tennis and padel courts for more active play.

Children can explore playrooms, outdoor playgrounds and even their own pool, while adults can indulge and unwind in the cigar lounge, golf simulator, private cinema or in the quiet corners designed for games and conversation. Even four-legged companions are not overlooked, with dedicated pet-grooming facilities ensuring care extends to every member of the family.

The Care That Makes a Home

If design provides the framework, it’s service that will give the residences their distinctive flow. At Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, a dedicated residential team led by a Residences General Manager becomes part of the fabric of daily life—ever present, yet unobtrusive.

Arrivals are eased by a Concierge and valet; everyday care is handled quietly through housekeeping, landscaping and round-the-clock security. And when more is needed, the team arranges it seamlessly: an in-residence spa treatment after a long day of travel, a private chef for an evening with friends, childcare when schedules demand and even attentive care for a beloved pet.

What emerges is a way of living in which details recede, time expands and both you and your home feel continually cared for. The Four Seasons team does not stand apart from residents’ lives but alongside them, offering discretion, warmth and the kind of intuitive care that transforms a property into a true home.

A Living Masterpiece

Your residence is more than a structure of glass, metal and stone. It is a living canvas, sculpted by sea, light, breeze and legendary Four Seasons care. To live here is to awaken daily to the sound of waves lapping on the beach, enjoy mid-day strolls through coastal gardens and then retreat to a sanctuary of your own making—a life with the kind of rhythm that feels effortless, guided as much by nature’s steady hand as by your own.

It is not an escape—it is an arrival. Welcome home.

40 Years of Four Seasons Private Residences: The Art of Living Beautifully

Forty years ago, Four Seasons asked a question that would reshape the landscape of luxury living: What if home could feel like a stay at the world’s finest hotel but designed entirely around you?

From that simple—yet radical—seed of an idea grew an international portfolio of private residences that now spans more than 50 properties, with over 20 more in development. Some sit above or nearby storied hotels in the heart of iconic cities. Others stand on their own, set in secluded natural wonderlands or at globally renowned and coveted addresses. And at the centre of them all? A promise to help each and every homeowner step fully, boldly into their own story.

Building an Identity

From the very first residences at Four Seasons Private Residences Boston in 1985 to the highly anticipated Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, slated to open in 2029, these homes operate at the intersection of design and devotion—where an architect’s vision meets a designer’s dream, elevated by a management team that goes above and beyond.

If every home is a story, then Four Seasons residences offer chapters crafted by expert storytellers. Interiors by Nicolas Roux at Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay lean into local heritage and materials that show instead of tell: inlaid mother-of-pearl, carved wood, bespoke cornices, the gleam of Guatemalan green marble that echoes the rich colours of the spice market. While at Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard distilled the soul of mid-century California into homes that feature open terraces and light-filled rooms that blur the line between indoors and out

On a grander scale, there are some homes that can rewrite an entire skyline. One example: The striking architectural masterpiece of Four Seasons Private Residences One Dalton Street, Boston, with its all-glass, soft triangle shape dreamed up by legendary architect Henry N. Cobb rising high above the city’s Back Bay neighbourhood. Then there’s the innovative interlocking structure of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, designed by Hamiltons International, and the sustainable, nature-first design of Isay Weinfeld’s vision for Four Seasons Private Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia. After 40 years, Four Seasons has plotted its own path. Whether it’s re-imagining a historic building at an iconic address, such as Twenty Grosvenor Square, A Four Seasons Residence in London or adding to the Dubai skyline with four perfectly aligned towers by Sir David Chipperfield at Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC, this design vocabulary continues to evolve with homeowners in mind.

“[We’ve created] these beautiful backgrounds, but within those finishes, there’s ways for all the people who buy these apartments to change it up a little, to add their flavour,” says Bullard of the Los Angeles residences. And that applies to every Four Seasons home.”

No two residences are alike; but they are all unmistakably made to be lived in and loved.

The Framework of Service

In the world of luxury, design draws you in but service keeps you there. At every residence, dedicated team members move in quiet choreography, unobtrusive yet ever present – graceful, intuitive and perfectly tailored to each homeowner’s life. This invisible network of care is made up of concierges, property managers, front desk attendants and many more talented individuals who help create peace of mind on a daily basis.

“I can’t begin to explain to you the ease and comfort – it’s all wrapped up in one perfect package,” says Four Seasons homeowner Nazie Eftekhari. It’s a refrigerator already stocked with your favourite foods when you get home after vacation. It’s booking concert tickets, late-night snack deliveries or an impromptu dinner party for friends. And it’s also tending to the everyday details of running a home. All of it—from the extraordinary to the mundane—is taken care of. “You get to enjoy your family, you get to enjoy your friends. You get to just enjoy your time,” says Eftekhari. “It doesn’t get much better than that.”

Today’s Four Seasons homeowners are just as global as the brand itself, often with multiple homes on multiple continents. As homeowners evolve, Four Seasons evolves along with them, finding the perfect balance between privacy and connection to create a seamless lifestyle like none other. Whether you’ve dreamed of living in a tropical paradise, prioritize wellness in your home or are a golfer looking to tee up your ideal course-side residence, the variety of amenities and features found throughout the portfolio promises something for every lifestyle. Ultimately, the goal is to make life feel frictionless through resonance and understanding, an ethos that has been consistent since the early days. Because true luxury isn’t just about being served, it’s about being seen.

A Legacy in Motion

They say that life really begins at 40, and we couldn’t agree more. It was a pioneering spirit that initially set Four Seasons on a path toward leadership in the branded residence space in 1985, and that spirit remains, refined and made better through lived experience. At 40, there’s plenty to look forward to, with new openings coming in Washington, DC, Las Vegas, Lake Austin, the Red Sea at Shura Island and other exciting destinations. Growth here can be measured in scale, yes, but also in quality—the rare indicator of a true original.

Just like you.
